Wellness Program #1

Basic Financial Wellness Program

Give your employees a financial “head start” with the basic level of our Financial Wellness Program. Your employees will have the chance to ask a CFP® professional their most pressing questions and receive custom recommendations.

A 30-minute call, paired with a retirement plan review and discounts on in-depth financial planning gives your employees a unique benefit in a time when they need it most.

30 minute “Diagnostic” call with a CFP® Professional

Give your employees access to expert financial advice.

The company retirement plan is only one small part of a person’s financial life. Your employees may have questions about paying student loans, financing the support of an elderly relative, or other strategies for retirement savings.

During our Diagnostic call, we will discuss these goals and questions, and give our professional advice.

Employee Retirement Plan Review

One of the most popular requests we get as a financial planning firm is to review our clients’ 410(k) accounts to make sure they are invested properly.

Unfortunately, many individuals are expected to choose their investments on their own with very little education on what those investments actually mean.

In this service, we will spend time with each of your employees assessing their goals and risk tolerance, and make our recommendations on how they should be invested – given the options within your companies retirement plan.

Reduced price on InvestRx® Financial Roadmap

For some employees, a 30-minute call to discuss their financial goals may not be sufficient. That’s why we offer a discounted rate on our InvestRx® Financial Roadmap to employees who have completed our Financial Wellness Program.

The InvestRx® Financial Roadmap offers more in-depth and personal advice. The Financial Roadmap includes an additional 45-minute call with an InvestRx® advisor, where your employee will discuss their top three financial goals or concerns.

They will then receive a 14+ page report that includes:

  • Our recommendations with tangible steps to help your employee reach their goals
  • A personal net-worth statement, spending plan, and income summary
  • A personalized video walking your employee through their new plan

This service normally costs $249, but employees who have participated in the Financial Wellness Program get a reduced rate of $199.

InvestRx is proud to offer investment accounts such as IRAs, Roth IRAs, Individual brokerage accounts, and more.

If your employees have investments outside of your companies retirement plan, or they wish to start investing, they can open an account through InvestRx® and have the first $5,000 managed for free

Wellness Program #2

Premier Financial Wellness Program

If you want to provide your employees with a top-notch, comprehensive financial plan at an affordable cost, the Premier Financial Wellness Program is the way to go.

In this program, each employee will receive a full Financial Roadmap, valued at $249.

An InvestRx® advisor will go in-depth with each employee, gathering financial data, and asking questions to get to the root of their financial needs and desires.

Then we will put together a 14+ page report with the employee’s current financial information as well as our recommendations for tangible steps to reach their goals.

The advisor that completes the report even includes a personalized video walking the employee through their recommendations.

60 minute "Diagnostic" call with a CFP® Professional and data-gathering worksheet

For many of your employees, a 30-minute call and retirement plan review may not be enough. Most people have complex goals, and financial situations that require a more thorough review. 

As part of our Premier program, employees will have an opportunity to dive deeper, and provide more information, so that we are able to make detailed recommendations with tangible action items.  

We meet virtually with your employees so they are able to schedule their call at a time that works best for them. 

Comprehensive, written financial plan

After the Diagnostic call and data-gathering worksheet have been completed, the advisor will complete an in-depth financial plan for your employee. 

The plan will include: 

  • A breakdown on your employee’s current financial position. This includes personal net-worth statement, spending plan, and income summary
  • An in-depth analysis of three of your employee’s top financial goals
  • Advisor recommendations with tangible steps to help your employee reach their goals

We know that everyone absorbs information differently, and we want to make it as easy as possible for your employees to receive and execute their new financial plan.

Because of this, with the delivery of each Financial Roadmap, your employee will also receive a video of their advisor talking them through the report. 

This way, if they ever forget why a recommendation was made they are able to look back and see exactly what their advisor said.

Comprehensive Retirement Plan Management

Get full service management for your practice’s 401(k), SEP IRA, SIMPLE IRA or other retirement plan, with employee financial education included. 

You and your employees will have access to our online investment portal where you can control your investments, set financial goals, and track your progress over time. 

Then, you’ll meet with our team to define a custom education plan for your practice. Whether it’s individual meetings with employees, group seminars, or monthly emails, we can curate a plan that will help you and your employees feel financially secure.

 

Smooth Transfer Process

Whether you utilize a 401(k), SEP IRA, SIMPLE IRA, or other retirement plan, our team will work with you and your employees to ensure a smooth transfer process.

We understand that it can be difficult to know which funds you should select within your retirement plan.

That’s why we offer one-on-one consultations with you and your employees, to help make sure everyone gets started on the right foot.

Ongoing education

Most retirement plan providers disappear after onboarding. We want to be part of you and your employee’s everyday lives.

Our team will work with you to set up an ongoing education plan for your practice. We can do monthly financial wellness emails, practice seminars, or even regular meetings with individual employees. 

We think education is the root of long term financial success, and we want to offer that to you and your employees.

Plan management & compliance

We’ll do all the “behind-the-scenes” research and compliance work to ensure that your plan is up to date and your bases are covered: 

  • Establish appropriate guidelines for the investments of the plan
  • Help review and/or select a recordkeeper who maintains the retirement plan documents
  • Help the plan sponsor reduce their Fiduciary responsibility
  • Maintain compliance with ERISA including 404c requirements
  • Monitor investment performance
  • Perform ongoing due diligence on all investments/portfolio managers
  • Effectively educate and communicate with participants
